All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, and images are accurate; however, we do not warrant that product descriptions are entirely complete, accurate, or free from error.
All prices on this website are displayed in Malawian Kwacha (MWK) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price listed at the time your order is confirmed.
In rare cases where a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we are not obligated to fulfil the order at that price. We will contact you to advise of the correct price and give you the option to proceed or cancel.
We endeavour to keep stock information up to date in real time. If a product you have ordered becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly and offer an alternative, a back-order, or a full refund.
Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms. An order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email or SMS from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
You may cancel an order before it has been dispatched by contacting us via WhatsApp or email. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and our returns policy will apply instead. For orders paid by bank transfer that have not yet been dispatched, cancellations will be refunded within 3–5 business days.
We employ fraud detection measures and reserve the right to request identity verification for high-value orders. Orders that fail verification may be delayed or cancelled. Any orders suspected of being placed with fraudulent intent will be reported to the relevant authorities.
We deliver to addresses across Malawi. Delivery fees and estimated timeframes are displayed at checkout based on your delivery location. We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 1 business day of payment confirmation.
These are estimated timeframes and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control including public holidays, adverse weather conditions, or courier disruptions.
Orders totalling MWK 5,000 or more qualify for free delivery within Lilongwe. Free delivery thresholds may vary during promotional periods and will be clearly communicated at checkout.
Risk of loss and damage passes to you upon delivery of the goods. Title to the goods passes to you upon receipt of full payment. We are not responsible for loss or damage that occurs after delivery has been completed and acknowledged.
All products sold by Cool Enterprises are genuine and come with the manufacturer's warranty as specified on the product listing page. We are an authorised dealer for all brands we stock, including Apple, Dell, HP, Lenovo, ASUS, and others.
To make a warranty claim, please contact us via the contact page with your order number, a description of the fault, and photographs where applicable. We will assess and advise on next steps within 2 business days.
We want you to be satisfied with every purchase. If you are not happy with your order for a valid reason, we accept returns within 14 calendar days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions below.
Once a return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Delivery costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our part (wrong item sent, defective product).
Items returned outside the 14-day window, or not meeting the conditions above, may not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost.
